Kids Classes (First Class FREE)

At Shinka Suru Jiu-Jitsu, ($150 per month Uniform Included) our Kids American Japanese Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to help children grow both on and off the mat. Through engaging instruction, traditional martial arts values, and practical self-defense training, students develop confidence, discipline, respect, and perseverance while having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

Unlike programs that focus only on sport competition, American Japanese Jiu-Jitsu teaches children how to think, move, and respond with confidence. Students learn balance, coordination, escapes, takedowns, throws, standing defense, ground control, and age-appropriate self-defense skills while building physical fitness and mental resilience.
